This course is approved by Skills for Care and regulated by Ofqual and meets the CQC requirements for anyone who wants to, or is currently working in the following roles: Adult Care Worker Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker Senior Healthcare Assistant Senior Care Worker The purpose of this qualification is to develop the learner’s knowledge and understanding of the underlying principles required for a variety of job roles in the adult health and social care sector, including: equality & diversity, safeguarding, duty of care, health and safety, person-centred approaches and handing information. You will need to achieve 21 credits across 9 units to obtain this qualification. Learners can complete this qualification within 3 months or less.

No it is not a full nvq it is preparing to work in care for people without any experience just starting up in care
